1. Telephone Interpretation

In order to respond to requests from foreigners, we set up a telephone interpretation by two-point call or three-point call among a foreigner, a medical doctor, and the call center.

2. Medical Information

In order to answer inquiries from foreigners, we provide information on medical institutions in Fukuoka prefecture, guidance of medical system in Japan, and other matters concerning medical treatment.
